UI design & frontend development — mockup selection, color direction, layout, animations and interactivity.

Sincronía Logística is a Mexican pharmaceutical storage and distribution operator (Tultitlán, State of Mexico) with serious credentials: ISO 27001, 28000, 13485, 14001 and 9001 certifications, a national 3rd-place ranking in its sector, ESR distinction, a LAQI award and Forbes coverage, plus operations featuring robotics, drones and its "AI Factory" initiative. The challenge was communication: translating that operational level into a sober, professional, credible web interface for healthcare-sector clients.
Mockup selection, corporate palette and visual hierarchy to bring the brand into a clean, enterprise-grade interface with full-screen video heroes and micro-animations that add life without clutter.
Structured the homepage as a pitch: a 6-service end-to-end grid (E2E, storage, secondary packaging, promotional articles, distribution, collection), a wall of ISO certifications and awards, client testimonials and press blocks (Forbes, LAQI) — the exact order in which a corporate buyer vets a vendor.
Built the Mexico map showing the company's infrastructure network and hubs with interactive images (Draw Attention), turning an operational fact into an explorable element.
An "AI Factory" section with interactive carousels of technology in operation — 3D printing, smart thermometers, cleaning robots, exoskeletons and drones — solved with light animation instead of dense copy.
Contact forms (Contact Form 7), newsletter signup with Mailchimp, video and document embeds (EmbedPress), brochure and privacy-notice downloads, and a careers section.
A contained-scope project that consolidated a key skill: turning a design — however simple — into a sellable, professional frontend. The interface discipline I later applied to technically heavier projects.
